A total of 1,170 volunteers will serve on the front-line during the three-day conference, providing 12 types of services such as one-to-one language interpretation, reception and guidance, with another 260 volunteers kept on stand-by.

The publicity structure has been separated into seven groups to answer questions with regards to live streaming, news releases, site arrangement and other issues.

Wuzhen Tourism has begun to hold training sessions for service personnel and volunteers as well as carry out safety inspections to ensure the food hygiene of hotels in the scenic area.

The meeting requested that all group members should pay high attention to their work, performing their duties with strong momentum and high standards, strengthening communication and cooperation with each other to facilitate a smooth development of the preparation work.
