The government will continue to use the rule of law to regulate cyberspace and will open the sector wider to foreign investors, a senior official at China's Internet watchdog said on Wednesday.

At the 8th US-China Internet Industry Forum on Sept 23, Lu Wei, minister of the Cyberspace Administration of China, made a keynote speech entitled “Mutual Benefit and Win-Win Lead the Future”.
China needs to enhance rule of law on the Internet to create a clean cyber space, experts said at a seminar Saturday.
